is this an advanced war tactic I didnt know about?

I find it extremely boring.
I know they are at keys..
but all they do is fuel planets and hide in a bubble.. occasionally sticking their head out to kill 50 figs or so.

I miss the good ole days of playing against people who have Sack, who want others to know who they are & being able to have a normal conversation with my enemy.

Yeah, and playing under the handle you're most known as. Be proud of your reputation, or lack there of and show us who you are.

I have made one exception to this rule. I'm playing a builder's game under an assumed alias, to save my corpies the grief of unprovoked attacks.

Depending on their fuel script, kill them at dock. Sounds like you are playing against turtles.

Turning off Fed Comm is an Advanced Tactic, who, for god's sake, would want to listen to Fartley lie, exaggerate, and spit venom all day and night. You are funny on Fed, he's just pathetic and boring.

Muss does make a good point. Back in the days of the local dial up BBS, I made some real life friends while playing TW. It was fun to talk smack on fed com and pod each other.

Then the next day we would go to a bar and have a drink laughing about all that.

All in good fun.

Too bad certain players today are so serious about the game that they take the fun out of it.

I enjoyed corping with Xanos, but then CBY became the only choice....and bot chatter was not the problem, I can easily deal with that, bots spew info that at least I can understand

And sometimes people have lives and don't take this game that seriously. LOL

Let me see, I was working full time and taking 12 credit hours at college, AND finding time to run a few turns. I didn't remember every command line you ever told me, and some you did tell me more than once. Not like I could find them on a help menu anywhere.

Exactly I am not playing anymore, anyone who has read fed comm when I played against them know full well what I thought. But it nice of you to try and shift focus from yourself to another.
