I'm happy to report that I've begun work on Weapon M's data parser. I've got it detecting which game letter you log into and shutting down data parsing if you log into the wrong game for the current database. Extending the data parser is proving as quick and easy as I'd hoped, thanks to the power of JPlex. I hope to have a version that collects sectors and warps ready by the weekend.

Looks like maybe by the end of the weekend. There's a poultry show at the feed store tomorrow, and I ain't missin' it.

The next alpha release won't have much to recommend it. It's still just a glorified terminal with some stuff happening behind the scenes, and you'd be doing me a favor by trying it out. But the first alpha uncovered a bug on Win7, so it was worth it.
