 TWGS Beta is back online!The TWGS beta server is back up and running. twgs.classictw.com port 23.
I lost all of the games that were on it, so I recreated what I remembered being the most popular games. Let me know if I forgot anything, or if any settings need to be changed. For today, only the sandbox game is active. The other games are opening over the next few days to give people a chance to get a jump on them. Special thanks to Doug Rhea of Gamemaster's Realm for giving me a private server for hosting the TWGS beta. Doug runs the oldest and longest running TW site and has been a major supporter of not only TW, but BBS games in general. Thanks, Doug! Oh, one change I need to note, the games will close at 11 pm nightly and reopen at 8 am. This is necessary because Doug's network gets busy over night and the games would be too laggy. _________________ John Pritchett EIS --- Help fund the TradeWars websites!
