Had a power outage, and discovered the batteries in my APC are shot. Sorry about that, caused a sudden drop.

So let me help you. This is Game J Subzero on you v2 server
1. Look at ship #6 in t-edit to see the status.
2. Log in as me (username and password is held in my user record)
check the available ship (C > Z) scan and the transporter prompt
(X) for the ship list.

Helix, I know you don't like me, and have made it very plain in the past. That's fine. But when you want someone to take you serious, and help you figure out an error, then don't make petty commnts at their expense. I don't appreciate the tone.
Now your problem.
I tried as you suggested to log into your account as You gave me permission to do so. However I can't do much as you're destroyed your own ship, and you're on a 24 hour timeout.
I did look at ship #6. It is indeed in 13729 on the ship record, and it's not present in game as I logged in and traveled to that sector. However I also noticed your ship was created AFTER the power outage at 6am as it said your ship was created at 7:43am. Why the ship doesn't show I'm not sure, however the power outage at 6am isn't the root it appears. Logs don't show anything so I'm stil at a loss why it doesn't show in the sector the ship record shows it in. Perhaps someone else can help out here.

I would recommend exporting the game, and sending it to JP. He might be able to tell what happened.

Did you check to see if the ship has the cloak flag set? Or another flag, we had this happen on Ice9 a couple years ago and if I remember it was a flag that somehow got set. I still think it was V'Ger just messing with us :)

Also just a note, the ships show sunday but it was saturday. The created times show 24 hours advanced but the time created is correct to the computer. I tested this by creating a ship of my own. Time was good, date showed Monday (tommorrow)

Toggle the cloak setting see if it is just hung in the wrong status. Or since he said he would play elsewhere just delete the ship.

I just setup a extra ship in a test game, I then changed to cloaked and the ship does not show on the Xport list. Just a thought.

Definitely. Of course any gameop or player is free to just rebang or delete records, but the best thing for me would be to try to figure it out and, if it's a bug, help me get it fixed.

Please export the game to TWA and send it to me and I'll be able to see right away what's happening here.

Just realized that the sector screen grab above is pointless as the player ships I guess don't show up in the sector screen. I edited a ship into the sector, it shows when I warp in, but still doesn't show on the sector edit screen. But only the ship I edited in show, and Helix's ship should be there via the ship screen. I did try toggling the cloak, but no go.
