Micro just reminded me that TW actually does back up files prior to converting to the new version. It may be too late to help UTW, and there's no guarantee the data corruption, whatever it was, came out of the conversion process, but just in case, you can find the backed up files in the game's directory with the normal file name and extension based on the original data version (e.g. TWUSER.311 for updated user file from v3.11 to current version).

Seriously, Sage's last post on the Forumn was 2-13-2011. That's almost 5 months ago!!!

He probably lost his job and couldn't afford to keep the server for a while. That or health problems. Or maybe jail.

i've got five bucks that says this is a 'New Sage', and not the same person i've spoken with on the phone a couple times.

I know this server registration has changed hands a few times. It is hard to keep track of ;)

Exactly the point I was trying to make in my original post on the subject....lol The 'old sage' would ICQ out all his game info. The server codes could be retrieved by the owner and passed on, but I would hazard a guess that the ICQ #'s were personal and cant be obtained by the replacement.

yeah.. as active as Sage was.. its hard to believe that you disappear for over 5 months without a word (also with UN popping in, making a comment then also disappearing) because of data corruption.

Well, they're both from the same area (Miami, Florida) and use the same ISP. Otherwise, who knows.

what happened to camping and a tw break?

Its tuesday. Was at the cabin weekend b4 last, going this weekend. This past weekend was july 4th celebration with the kids. 24th weekend I will be un the Uintahs from thurs nite to monday nite. (unfortunately, i have to come home durring the week to work. That gives me about 4 good days of TW'ing)

Wont commit to a big event since I wont be at keys much from friday to monday, thats all.
