Re: Silver Wings (Please report pings here please)
I need to know details of how a ping was obtained as well as ping times. There are internal delays that can impact some methods of obtaining a TW ping. For example, Fedcomm has a short delay now. So when trying to determine actual ping time, I'll need to take into account the actions being taken to measure ping.

proPing uses an SS send and meaures the time required for the echo back. The ping script in M()Mbot is just an earlier version of proPing as far as I know. I believe Rev's and Cherokee's ping scripts use the same method.

Re: Silver Wings (Please report pings here please)
Something to keep in mind here is that the delays that might impact ping measurement are not hard delays, but are a "min time between actions" delay, or what I call a synch delay. So if you are at a prompt and you issue an action with a 25 ms synch delay, you won't experience any delay because it's been greater than 25 ms since the last action. But if you burst two actions, the first will start immediately, but the second will be delayed 25 ms (minus the time spent carrying out the first action). So if you're measuring ping times in a burst, the first will be accurate, while the remaining pings will be inaccurate. If a ping measurement was sent one at a time every 500 ms, then each measurement should be accurate.

Re: Silver Wings (Please report pings here please)
Ok, I will add a delay of 510 (padded a bit) to the send starting on the second ping, and post the source in the script area. Ping scripts aren't speed critical anyway.
