Vid Kid is using the TWGS game there as training grounds for anyone interested in learning scripting.

There's at least one player enjoying my TWGS edit.

Myself and a handful of players are playing the Jan. '98 HVB MBBS release.

I actually enjoy the nostalgia of the old MBBS front-end. So many are trying to modernize this 25 year old text based bbs game, while I still enjoy playing the ‘90’s versions myself.

I guess that’s what I like so much about Swampbbs.net, he has every version from the old door to the newest beta, a “flavor” for everyone.

i step away from forums for like 2 days and i come back to see 2 people arguing lol over something i'm hosting lol....and if we don't get more players there prolly won't be a draft game meaning i have like maybe 10 players signed up when i need about 32 for 4 teams of 8 at least...or 24 for 4 teams of 6...and beta or no beta i would like rev to host it since his board is stable and can handle around 100 nodes active at once and still pings around 156 or 147 when its full. this was shown when he hosted Ice Tournie...so i'm going with God lol anyways cmon guys we need players....start posting around about the draft game...so we can have fun and kill each other and see who the first one podded is so we can call him SG lol

If it were a byoc I'd bring a whole corp.

ok how many instead want it a draft game? but a byoc game? if i can more teams by byoc then we can switch it...so let me know people

I'll bring at least a corp of 5. Maybe the draft players can make up the remaining teams if they can't find corps.

Kinda sounds to me like peeps that might not otherwise play may come in to support their corp... mite be a good way to increase interest by going the byoc route.

we can do the byoc lets just get a good outcome cuz remember this game is a tribute for SG....i.e. Ancient Edits believe he wrote them

i guess were gonna go byoc and draft whoever brings there corp can play it...if its a corp of 8 then no players will get drafted to there corp... if you bring a corp less then 8 draft players will fill it up...i think you guys understand what i'm saying lol

So when is the start date...?

well i was aiming for the 22nd...but since were still trying to get organized and players signup ....guess we can push it another week and aim for the 29th.. so yea the 29th 8pm est start time....hopefully thats flexible....dunno if i can make the start time yet cuz i haven't got my schedules so i dunno if i gotta work or not...but the game will open ...i'll have rev or someone responsible like cruncher lol ...j/k but yea you get my drift...so if rev hosts it...i might play ..all depends on where i'm at when the game starts...i got a 2 year old and 2 jobs with a grouch pregnant finace" lol so my plates full...but i do wanna play maybe i can talk to D about bringing ground zero

Think he planned on it, since he posted that he would have 5. I am trying at the moment to get the other 3, just need to get D's attention for a few so we can co-oridnate. He been busy and I cant corner him...laff

i went back and counted and we got a total of 17 players 18 with me lol
