several players have expressed the same sentiment about the kill bonus for enemy planets. i see no harm in making the rule change.



{edited} to make make the kill bonus only apply for L2 citadels or greater.

Very good game so far. Everyone playing by the rules and few mistakes are being made. Other than a small amount of fedcom smack talk, the game very clean and productive. Good luck to everyone in the game (Well, not too much luck to the other corps) lol

How are we handling quasar and corbo kills. Last night I put D in a pod with the corbo on my ship. Today we caught him and podded him with the sector cannons.

Also you didnt pod BD he ship was destroyed by carbo after he podded you, if you going to ask a question make sure your putting it in the right text! and yes is CBY does count, REV sent a game announcement with updated kills deaths lastnight

i should have clarified this earlier, so thanks for asking. i'm only counting ship to ship kills for points. corbo kills don't count because you can use corbo to kill yourself for exp/aln reasons and if you kill your opponent with corbo its only because they kicked your Butt in the first place. cannon kills don't count because its impossible to tell from the logs whether you had intended to take quasar (mothing) or if you took a pdrop hit. cbys don't count as kills either, so i you can use it to deny points to your opponent if they get the drop on you.

well.. unless you keeping track of "deaths" but only ship to ship kills count towards points

I guess its basically the same then.
