hehe i really like you phead. i really do. i feel your frustration and i know the game has gotten harder because of this. but all of this is easily forseen. and i know my good book very well thank you very much. what you forget is that Jesus is king of kings and lord of lords - and he didn't get there by being nice to everyone. one of his titles is 'lord of hosts' i.e. armed hosts or better translated 'lord of armies'. he is the prince of peace precisely because he is victorious in warfare. and if you believe in the second coming, then you better be ready for some serious kickass warfare when it happens because peace is what happens after he puts his enemies under his feet.

Not to pop any preconceived ideas but my original request was for adding feature to the CEO section of the Corp menu that would allow the ceo to change the corp's ss channel. No secure special channel request, no special corp channel request.

Just as a corp member can see corp figs, corp planets, corp members and corp ships, his ss channel would change when the CEO changed the channel in the corp menu. Another option is to let the CEO set a channel in the Corp menu that can be seen by other corp members from the Corp menu. (This second option probably requires less coding)

This is not about protecting the corp from a ss crawler (and would have absolutely no affect on the use of an ss crawler in a game), its about increasing the ability of the CEO to manage his corp.

Also you wont find a thread with John saying no to this. And that is because this is the first time the topic of adding this corp management feature has come up.
