Aliens come before empty ships now?

Is this just Gold aliens or internals as well.

I thought the order was

Feds
Ships
Aliens
Players

Been a long time since i wrote a script where this mattered so I may be wrong

The gold aliens always come before ships even in the current TWGS.

               / Promethius / Enigma / Wolfen /

I know beacons come before ships, not sure if they
come before aliens too tho.
