I think the changes JP has made are great and I hope he keeps up the good work. Thanks JP.

I hate to disagree with you BD but I have heard of lame crap in TW but until someone can explain why these changes are being made and for whos benefit they are making these changes- I think this is on the lame side of tw.

Well, let's see exactly what has been changed.

1) Minor changes to the appearance of the TWGS login screen.
2) Time limit and penaltys changed. (It was worthless in the state it was in because of bugs)
3) Planet list sorted by sector number instead of planet number. (Makes it a lot easier to keep track of planets I think)
4) Mail data files no longer grow so large that they corrupt the game and bog down the server. (Pretty good change wouldn't you agree?)
5) A few changes in the TWGS log in sequence that might help keep nodes from locking up.
6) A few options were changed from global to local game options. (A lot easier to have different style games with this change.)
7) You can bang a game without taking the server offline now. (I've been wanting this for ages.)

There might be a few more less noticeable changes that JP can elaborate on, but none of these changes are going drastically change style of play or break any script that minor fixes can't take care of. So tell me why this is lame?

Must be somewhere other than the USA since it is only 11:12 AM Central time now.

we have fiddlebacks and copperheads(which are closely related to rattlers). plus we have the police. more dangerous than any animal... and jail around here is over capacity to the point of sleeping on the floor.

sadly i know where coshocton is...

Guernsey & Muskingum Counties (these counties are number 1 in deer kills quite often.) I live and own property right on the border of these 2 counties. :P
