It's been a long time since i've used TWX and have written a few scripts myself. You can download from us: Download TWXProxy v2.04

 Re: TWX for Win7
I'm almost sure that I should read this complete thread to find out if the issue i'm having has been addressed, but as I am in a hurry I just downloaded thid version of TWX in hopes that it would be smooth sailing, well.... it isn't, lol.
Whats happening is just last night I upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate (LOVE the OS, but TWX crashes about 15 minutes after having it open) I was thinking that it might be something with the online security, but i'm still researching the problem.
This is what I'm getting... "Exception EAccessViolation in Module TWXProxy.exe at 000C3429" another access violation, then a "Read" violation.
As always, any help will be greatly appreciated!
And a little background... it was running fine on the same computer when the OS was Windows Vista w/Service Pack 1.

EP, you are the Man!
I switched out the .exe files and it works perfectly now with Windows 7, thanks a Million for making that!

 Re: TWX for Win7
I have the TWX.exe dated 12.1.2009 Size 962.5KB . I am running TWX in compatibility mode WinXP SP3, I tried Win98 / Win2K as well and I am getting random script errors. These scripts have ran for years with no issues what so ever.
Laptop Setup OS = Win7 64Bit Home Premuim. CPU = AMD Phenom II Quad Core Mobile Processor N950 2.1Ghz
I am hoping to find a solution before I decide to format and load Linux. Others seem to be getting it to work so any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

 Re: TWX for Win7
We have a 2.05 compile that works on win 7/vista 64 bit here: http://navhaz.com/files/twxproxy-205.exeBefore using it you will need to delete your TWXproxy.dat file.

I'm not a script writer however i cant tell you how man times i make the stupid silly mistake of not having the Recording Button Checked in TWX set up then all of a sudden the scripts work like they are supposed to.. Which Scripts?

Main script that was giving me an error was Mombot, Unknown script run-time error 'MOMBOT3_1032.TS': , line 6140 - Never had issues before I will try the updated TWX when I get back home. Yea I had had that silly record button bite me a few times but it was checked. Thanks in Advance

Yea I had had that silly record button bite me a few times but it was checked. Yes. Update the version I posted (which is different than the version posted previous, I frequently recompile the SVN and post it there as EP makes changes) and re-test. It will probably fix the problem.

OK I tested prior to leaving and I get same result run-time error when I ran figs from within mom, and now it crashes TWX completely.... I will try it in compatibility mode later to make sure it isn't something else. I will do more testing on other scripts later too. Thanks.
