Ok, I've made some changes to spice up the edit a little. This is v1.1, if it turns out they're horrible I'll make a v1.2
to correct them, otherwise the game will be as it is now.

I've rebanged the game, will open it tonight around 9pm eastern. I'll also rebang the game 2 more times, every
monday leading up to the turny. That's the 11th at 9pm eastern and the 18th at 9pm eastern. The game itself will
bang a little bit before 9pm but remain closed until 9pm on Saturday 1/23/10.

Just a reminder, there are some basic rules for the server. You can find them here:

They're just to ensure a clean game, but you should know them anyway. Take note of the dupe and proxies rule,
if you need to get a duplicate IP or proxy approved now is the time to do it. Once the game starts, it will be too late.

Unless bigd requests it, this game will not have buyout, blockade or dock blowing rules.

When the game is made I will create an account for each player that has signed up. I will assign passwords and
hand them out before-hand. For those players I can't contact, I'll give their info to the team captain.

Only rules are your server rules as far as I'm concerned, altho we should put and end date to the tourney. Maybe 2 or 3 months just in case it goes that long. If it does I'll be surprised.

With SG pulling his name out of the CEO hat, that pretty much seals it for bigD, he's at 7 out of 10 right now, and still going... So if bigd will accept, he's been voted as c1 captain.
