 Thanksgiving
I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving spent with family and friends.
I know many of us have a lot to be thankful for in just having a job (even if we don't really like it), and a roof over our heads. Both things are more than a lot of people in this world have at the moment. If you and your family have their health, then you are doubly blessed. One person that is on my crew just lost his wife of 25 years about 10 days ago to H1N1, and this is going to be extremely rough on him. There are many more in his same situation, and any of us could be without warning.
Our troops that are half a world away putting their lives on the line, and the police and firefighters at home doing the same are people that we should also think of this holiday. We owe our freedom, and sometimes even our lives to these people.
We may not have everything we want or need in life, but we need to be thankful for what we have.
I am wishing a Happy Thanksgiving to everyone a day early, because the game of TW and the forums will not be something I do on that day. Take care and may God bless you, your family, and friends.
Gary

 Re: Thanksgiving
VERY well said Prom. I feel the same way.
RP's daughter is now sick (just a bug, but we don't want to share), so we've called off our Thanksgiving plans. I've not spent a Thanksgiving with just my own family since I got married 13 years ago. I'm starting to look forward to a quiet, thoughtfull, day with them.
Like Prom I also want to thank our Vets. I know from experience that you can put on a brave face, but you still miss your family when you're overseas during the holidays. I pray something puts a smile on your face on Thanksgiving day. My hats off to our Vets, and those currenty on active duty both overseas, and at home. Some people just don't get what you do.
I'm thankfull to my TW friends also. Many of you I've played games with, some I've talked to on the phone, or Teamspeak. I've loved getting to know people here, and socializing with you all. I look forward to more fun times, and getting to know more of you.
I'm thankfull every day for my happy healthy (little?) girl, and my family. I'm thankfull that God has blessed us with at leaset one good job, a roof over our heads, food on the table, and good health. I'm also thankfull for the time I've been able to spend watching my daughter grow these last 4+ years. What an awsome job! What are YOU thankfull for? I'd love to hear it from you.

what games you play TR? I think he's talking about the fact we're gonna turn this into an Xbox Live thread and not take it offline or start a new thread. Having said that, I was real big into Fallout3. Thinking about getting Modern Warfare2 but can't decide it I want it for PS3 or 360. I'll probably end up renting both to see which I like more. Oh and Happy and Safe Thanksgiving to all of you TWers.

I'm thankful the baby seal up and beat the baby seal clubber to death with his own club. Oh, and I am thankful for mac and cheese too.
