Game B is over, although this asset check looks weird... how's it possible I have more cits and figs than exist in the game?

Rounding of numbers. Exact numbers are not given by the game. Also the V-screen is not real time for updates so if you bought fighters after it was last updated, the v-screen will be inaccurate.

Oh. I thought the V was real-time...

How often is the V screen updated, do you know? Or is this an op setting... I use asset check a lot and until now had assumed the information was more or less accurate. Rounding errors, sure but 5 vs 6 cits? I must have invaded the last one then done an asset check before things had a chance to update.

edit: uh oh, we are now off-topic, I think...

A bit off topic, but the V updates at anytime after an hour has elapsed from the last update I believe. Two ways to know if you have a current V screen:

1) If update is instant, then it is not real time update. If it takes a second or so to update (you will be able to see the pause between static and dynamic information) it is a fresh update.

2) Check the line in the V screen:
-=-=-=- Current Stats for 01:49:35 PM Mon Aug 09, 2021 -=-=-=-
against the current computer time.
