I could have forced the issue by letting them kill me but it was too close to extern.
I got there first is Sages main rule of thumb but sunday night he was no where to be found. There is always the next bang.

You never got an answer because I never received the question. In UTW truce games, once a player posts a "Home Sector, Keep Out" beacon in the front sector of their bubble, along with a few planets and figs as well as mines, the bubble under truce rules is officially theirs and may not be taken by another player.
If at that time, another player is blockading the entrance to your bubble, that would be illegal and a truce violation on their part since players may only put a single fig in open space during truce periods, the only exception to the 1 fig rule is when fortifying a home sector entrance or the interior sectors of your bubble, which have no fig limits.
