Please be advised that Extern is now set for 11pm EASTERN. From the game perspective, Extern will fire when the Computer-time indicates 11pm.

Unfortunately I forgot to set this option when the Server was brought back to life.

As prom says, this creates problems, which are detailed on tw-cabal.com, if you want it to occur at 11pm EST, you should set it so that is midnight for your computer.

Darn. I remember Sage telling about that, but I totally forgot.

So Tern occurs at 11pm Eastern, or 12:00am from the Game Computer-Clock.
