TRUCE RULES:
TRUCE FOR 3 DAYS "V" says Day 4.
No blowing of SD or any ports (unless port in your home sector) at any time
NO COMBAT against other PLAYERS.
Trapping another player with a ship interdictor is considered combat. Capping and podding is also considered combat.
Invading players planet.
Alien planets, once in a home sector, are truce protected.
Dupe accounts in same game are not permitted.
NavHaz in colonizing path during truce is not permitted.

We haven't bribed Frugal to keep ya out so that we can live a while longer  I had problems early but it just sorted itself out. I got on eventually. He may have been banging games then. not sure what time it was over there. Good luck.
