I just got 2 new servers that i want to use 1 as a twgs server, Intel P4 3.4 Ghz with 4 gb ram, tonnes of hd space, when i run a game , to go from sector to sector it take about 1 second to 2 to move, i have the same settings on my XP PC/Server with no issues. I tried it on my lan as well as locally and same issues. My (G,H,I) Settings are almost identical with exceptions to base locations and such. I tried it on both Servers , I even run in win98 mode to see if it would change and it did not. anyone have any ideas?

Just off the top of my head I can think of:

General Editor 2 (H):

Processing Interval 1 Sec
Ship Delay Mode None
Max Command/Cycle mine is 40, some are higher. There has been discussion a low setting can cause server lag.

Those were the ones I had issues with 2000 Server. That is all I can think of as far as the TWGS software goes.

Y = Normal means default (full shiip delay) Set that setting to "None"
