Sincerely, Drwakko Well just so we understand the game has a death limit that it enforces thru its own mechanics so unless you have been watching the daily log you wouldnt know. Dont forget as long as you dont get "ship destroyed" on the last death you could in theory "pod" twice a day as long as you dont go "ship destroyed" you could literally never be eliminated. Oh and since no one except Sage can use tedit he's the only one who can post on it really.

 Re: HHT SCORES
LOL. Nice find.
But uhm... Do have a question...
Reds I take it weren't there? Why are they not banking if they're cloaked out? Why were ppl building a bubble in a turns game? Why was nobody torping w/ a mobile planet? And why was nobody using runaway?
Was that kind of strategy typical for this game? I haven't played a turny in a while... is that typical of today's turny play? Were they all AFK or offline, or were some of them running defense?
I checked the scores earlier and it looks like c4 is out too. Which corps (and players) are putting in the keytime?

 Re: HHT SCORES
This is a rather unique edit. 5000 sector edit, tournament play, with time / death limits. The most popular red ship does not have a pod. There is a five hour time daily time limit which means that nobody attacks a base sector until everybody on that corp is not logged in. So no torping, running away, citkill, or whatever. In a game like this, if you lose your main base, it doesn't matter if you happen to live or die. You aren't going to win the game, especially against the players in this game. In a 5000 sector game with 1500 tp day and a 5.0 def odd 2wpt ship, finding bases is pretty trivial if you want to look for them, so your location isn't as important as it normally is. As for the 40 mil on the planet, I can't explain that one Probably should have been converted to fighters. My only guess is that we were saving it for today to startup the mega's. All in all, a very fun game, even if we didn't win. We blew up a few bases, a few ships, and had a really fun time.

That knowledge might end up influencing the outcome of the game. I think that the military term " the fog of war" applies in this case. Sage

 Re: HHT SCORES
I get home from work and what do I find.. Someone/Ship Had a Limp: Code: Sector : XXX in uncharted space. Planets : (M) Lucy's Shrink Stand (M) Great (M) . (L) . Ships : Xport Ship [Owned by] DU/PR [1], w/ 0 ftrs, (Haunted House Industries <<DRAT!>>) The big guy [Owned by] DU/PR [1], w/ 0 ftrs, (Haunted House Industries Big Bossman's Ride) . [Owned by] DU/PR [1], w/ 0 ftrs, (Markham Space Tech Fament Frigate) Big Dick Daddy [Owned by] DU/PR [1], w/ 0 ftrs, (Haunted House Industries Big Bossman's Ride) The Merchant Marines [Owned by] DU/PR [1], w/ 1 ftrs, (4 Dragons Ltd Colonial Death Trap) . [Owned by] DU/PR [1], w/
{General} lone>0 ftrs, (Provornyy Colonial Death Trap) Fighters: 10,000 (belong to Corp#3, Peanuts) [Defensive] NavHaz : 4% (Space Debris/Asteroids)
With little rousources and crappy ship odds, I couldn't cap a planet Code: < 3> Lucy's Shrink Stand Level 4 0% 629T 21% M Owned by: Peanuts [3] < 11> Great Level 4 0% 156T 38% M Owned by: Peanuts [3] < 24> . Level 4 0% 156T 0% M Owned by: Peanuts [3] < 35> . Level 4 0% 155T 0% L Owned by: Peanuts [3]
But I did cap some ships --like it matters.. laff Good Game

 Re: HHT SCORES
my thanks to everyone who played ...My team put a great effort into the start up of this game and it payed off..they pulled together VERY well.I would like to thanks my crew....
Charlie Brown ... Xanos Wow this guy is most of the reason we do as well in games as we do.. he built special scripts just for us including a team sst script as well as other scripts that gave us the lead early. his port mow script at the begining iof the game was Awsome. Xanos ran the Reds with incredible effeciency and brought them in and cloaked each one out at the end of the day..He also made sure Upgrades were done when needed. This guy gets the MVP.
The Red Baron = V'ger Vger did a lot of the early mowing/gridding and he kept my head in the game as far as staying on top of the grid...V'ger was always available and he also wrote a script utility to keep track of those online in this game.(on a side note V'Ger is responsible for thier being a HHT this year as he bugged me for it.)
Linus = The infamous T.R. Edwards TR had a rocky start with us due to work and real life issues but he came thru on many occasions and helped to grid as well as team sst. He has been a great help to the team and to me personally.
Snoopy = Auntie B one of our four reds and this lady (like all our ladies) came thru night after night She was also vigilant in watching corp ships and copries from getting repossed or towed. Auntie is a true VET of this game and her leadership and dedication were unwavering!
Lucy = Drexler aka Pixie Drex was one of our four reds and one of our 3 ladies and i must say that Drex was the one who ended the game... Her gridding found the enemy planets. On top of that drex has been very committed and has done whatever was asked..Her idea's and thought process's alloweed for productive ideas and she was extremly dedicated to the team.
Woodstock = Willow What can i say about Willow? Always available to her team ,,This lady was one of our four reds and her dedication and availablity in the first few days were a tribute to her skill and ability to function in a team...Willow was always available for hugs even after i did something stupid....
Then ofcourse there is me....The Great Pumpkin...
I did all my normal stuff.....Ptorped myself.....Got myself Killed with Cash and turns . Cost my corp Time and credits with wasteful use of turns and capital.....But despite all that my team carried me yet again! And I thank them for it....Each of them Thanks!!!!!!
This team took two deaths....One on X for driving a Blue Machine with not enuff Exp..One for SG for hitting tab L and going after filp in holokill script.....I didnt mean to hit that but i thats how i died anyways....
We will continue to Grid out to 100% So if anyone wants to contest the victory you can post in the log or in this thread..
Thanks Everyone for playing !!!
