Cool. I'll have to check it out too. I usually don't play the 1st game of a new edit, but with this information system, everyone should know pretty much what I know. Nice set up Prom. Also if you noticed, I left photons off. That wasn't because I wanted them off, but to let each sysop determine what they wanted them set to. Some like to leave them off for the 1st few days. I also left the closed game OFF, because so many forget to open the game up on the 1st time it's played.

I saw that on the photons, but left it the way it was set. I will probably make it a 1 second duration for the next game. I also set it to a closed game since I have a script running that will open it at 6 PM Central. It is an interesting edit with several possibilities for the way the game can be played.

Yes, I was working on a balanced game between blue and red. I think it should be, but you never know untill it's played. Feel free to edit any changes that make the game out of balance. The biggest planet holds 3 million ore and the moth ship should be big enough so that invasions are hard but not impossible in a long term game. The planets that produce a lot of figs won't hold much ore and other than figs, they are pretty much undefendable. The best ships offensive odds will match planet fighter odds during an invasion, so it will be costly for the invader, but also be defendable with the right set up. Well we'll just have to see how it goes. Hope we get a lot of testers in the game to give it a good try out. Also everyone remember to set you twx up to 10K sectors and not 20k.

Just updated the info script to show information regarding TPW and Fed status. I also changed some of the colors and spacing to make it easier (for me anyway) to read. I am not sure how it displays at all resolutions such as 1024x768. I am using a widescreen at 1440 x 900 and it fits easily.

Anyway the first message of this thread shows the output and gives more information on the Wizard of Oz edit.
