I don't usually run delays in any games.

Actually it's a global setting, if it's in one game, it's in all. You sure it's a move delay instead of the CPS set low?

Ship delay has been removed. I was looking at game settings, didn't realize it was a global. Not sure how it got turned on anyway. I usually make a practice of no delays in any of my games.

Sometimes if an edit has been exported with the global settings checked, it can change your global settings. I'd look as the edits and only import game settings and uncheck any global settings before you import an edit.
