Really should post that here if thats a server rule... I looked at Star Trek first and never seen that rule...

Kinda strange to see a rule in one game that affects all others on the server and it doesn't show under their own game rules... Btw all the peeps I see on ur server use TWX...

I have never seen that as a server rule and not sure why anyone would think that is enforceable. I don't know how you would detect the difference in a TWX script vs a REXX or Java script - or even a colonizing macro. Appears to be another attempt at noob protection similar to "sweepers" and truces - why play the game? Carpal tunnel is not something I want to get from playing a game.

I think the no TWX rule is a bit oppresive too.

I would put the no TWX rule in a completely different catagory then the sweeper script though. As the sweeper script can be enforced, this cannot. Also, when I use sweepers, for the most part, they are not for noob protection, but just to get the game to last longer than 3 days. I am lazy and don't want to have to rebang as often as some of you do , and my players want a longer game too...
