What do you mean by a nebulae? A sector layout of some sort or a particular constellation name?

You know how in sector 1-10 it says: "In Federation Space"? I need to find a sector(s) that says: "In the Rishi Maze"

The only way I know of is to save you game session logs and then to open them in Wordpad (or other word processor) and then do a search for the nebula name.

Ah, ok, those are "constellation names." If you're using TWX proxy it gets stored in the database and can be loaded from the array. Take a look at the TWX proxy manual.
Basically you just need to...
getSector $idx $sec
setVar $constellation $sec.CONSTELLATION
And voila. Use a loop to run a linear search, or use the new BFS commands to search by distance.
Of course you have to visit the sector first, it's impossible to know that name unless you've been to the sector or had someone else send the data to you.

There's also some script that will search your DBase and print a message of any alien sectors you've visited. Not sure who put it up or where it's at, just know it was available via the grapevine.

That would be me, 1+. It's up on my site, along with my alien hunter.
