Yes, he drove a wedge between a few people here. It wouldn't have effected those individuals the way it did if they had more trust and communication between them.

I agree that MooMoo needs to be punished. How? I dunno. I just know that I choose not to associate with him on any level. When he tried to add me to his contact list I declined.

The punishment is being implemented now, probably why Lemund is replying. I know that Moomoo caused a wedge to the community, and the evidence that is gathered is overwhelming that I have to do this, effective immediately, I am giving him a week ban on the site, starting tonight. This is normal for a first serious offense, It is nothing personal from me, just have to do my job, he has tried to help me on things in the past, but can't overlook what has happened.

The first offense is warning, second offence is 3 day to week ban third offense, 30 to indefinate ban, however on first major offense, it straight to 1 week ban, second major offense, 30 day ban third major offense, can be 60 day to indefinate ban. This is how I do it on my forums, and am going to make sure it is done here, we need some kind of governing and make sure all get treated for the offenses they make.

I personally do not like banning people, but it is a job that has to be done, like anyother job, I know this will probably cause a big uproar, but remember no smack talk here, if anyone feels the need to smack this, take it to smack talk please.

Okay an update for all, the ban is indefinite, until further notice.

I have done some rethinking on this, and am just going to make the ban on him indefinite.

Like I said, I by nature hate banning people. So was originally going to be leanient to him, but on reconcidering things, I have to make a stand.

Criminal charges should be brought against him. And he should be fired from his job for the malice he caused.

I for one appreciate you reconsidering the first choice you made. I realize we have to think of JP and his relation to MooMoo and Sylien.

Honestly, even tho we can't make choices for Sylien they should reconsider who they have working for them.

Another update, I have been talking with the CEO of Sylien, been on the phone with him for a long talk, he is investigating things too as well. and will deal with things as he finds out what happens, the staff is working with them to provide what evidence we have to show what went on and happened, we all are working on it, by staff, at this time is is admin, and may include any mod as needed if they have anymore info to add for them to look at.

The CEO of Sylien is really distraught on what happened and doesn't condone it. He is really a pretty nice person and was a pleasure working with him, he assured me he will get to the bottom of things and let us all know on what they find out from their end of things. I am going to post any findings on the forums as I find them out. thanks all for the patience and dilligence on sticking it out with us.

Well I hate to be a pessimist, but since that comes naturally for always trying to figure the worst possible outcome of a situation: Sylian has one programmer from what I understand working on TWT and that is Moomoo. If they dump him then no one is working on their project and depending on cash flow and need to get it going, nothing may happen. We will never know for certain if ethics overrides profit for their company.

He assured me that no matter what, if moomoo was guilty then he will deal tith it, he may not release him from the programming, but he may not let him interact with the community anymore, but that is entirely his call, as to how he will deal with moomoo.

And he agreed that I did what was right on the matter by the ban on moomoo.

With that in place and said, now he can focus on investigating the matter, even though it sets things back for developement on the TWT game.

After the talk to the CEO, I have gained some respect for him, he wants to do the right thing, and take care of it from their end as well.

Also I am going to continue to give a sysop input on the beta for the game, and do encourage some of the better players to help and give some input from their perspective to help the game evolve, I agree it may not be the game for us, who like the current one, but it will help get the newest people who play involved with TW, once they get that game they will most likely get curious as what the original is like and want to try it out too. Then they will see how fast paced it is and the challenge to it, and hopefully want to stay and play it. Hey I will take the new blood in TW any way we can get it.
