 It has come to my attention that you are disgruntled that I declined to add you to my ICQ. And that you are also asking for an explanation as to why.
First let me just say that I don't owe you an explanation. I will not let you manipulate me and make threats like you have tried to do with the other Mods and Admins. Addressing your statement about my unwillingness to work with TWT Staff, Sylien or you. And that It is a "requirement" for me to do so. That is just BS.
