What Stockton FAILED to prove NOW & THEN is that I called Ender a DUPE and a Cheat. My only point to this WHOLE thing 2 years ago was show proof. and the reason that was my point was I didnt do it, so how could there be any proof!!! and to this day no proof has been givin. for some strange reason, someone told the Sysop there was a DUPE in the game, there was 7 or 10 others playing too. who that was??? but not me. but at the time Ender and Stockton and Gang had some kind of AXE to grind with me. As you read this old SMACK bear in mind, no proof & the GANG wanted to make me look bad.
the only thing im guilty of then and now is being a hardass to UN-Sportmen like players and Cheaters.

P.S. Is there Any other posts where I accused someone of Dupeing or cheating or megacorping? Besides Stockton the other day? I would like to know where Stockton gets his INFO from, or does he just make it up on the fly?

But yes this is a very old post, half the players are gone, its dead so bury it.

I was sitting here thinking, (I know bad thing) And What I would LOVE to know is where Stockton Gets the IDEA that because 2 years ago I was accused of callin someone a cheat, and the Tourney where we were discusing cheating, HOW I have this LONG history of CRYING CHEAT? 2 posts 2 years apart that ARE un related does not make a History? I would LOVE to know Stockton what is this Fasination you have in trying (not so well) to make me look Bad? or Get back at me for some reason. Was it this one thread 2 years ago? Did I pee in your weaties one moring? did I kick your Dog one afternoon? I have not a clue why. Please explane?

Or should we put our money where are mouth is. that sounds good! I will PAY any sysop $20 if thay show logs, ICQ, E-Mails where I askd, or said, or accused someone of cheating on their server.

hehe why would we prove we didn't dupe? you are the one who accused ender of duping, so it's on you to prove anything. We didn't dupe so we have no reason to prove so, and I am not sure what proof exactly you are looking for.   

You hastily called cheat in the past and again in this current turns game.. I see a trend here.. so I felt it was relevent to bump this thread to the forefront.

there was 8+ players in that game and I think 4 or 5 corps, where is the proof, the Info, the Fingerprint, DNA evidance that it was me out of all the players and corps in that game, that shows I told or asked the Sysop Ahab there was or is a dupe in that game and it was or might, or maybe it was Ender? that is the proof im asking for! your saying the Burdon of proof is on me proving ender is a dupe, where is your Burdon of proof that it was me who said it was ender? Still waiting (after 2 years) for your proof I said DUPE! Yoe and your GANG accused ME of saying Ender was a DUPE, And I ask Yet AGIAN where is the PROOF!

One thing I will not tolerate here in Open Discussion is attack on Mods.  If you feel we've handled things wrong, you can ask the other mod to investigate, or go to an admin. 
You can choose to be more polite, or not post, your choice, but stuff like this belongs in smack, where I don't have to moderate it.
 
 

Laff, brings up a question... why are us mods any different than the other users? IMO either no one is open to attack or everyone is (in any given forum). Mods shouldn't get special treatment.

Good point Sing.  It's my understanding that BG and I are not to allow smack in this thread.  That goes for all users, and I guess I labeled that as smack, and also as an attack on the mod.  I'm really here to make a difference.  I aim to do what's asked of me, and hope that I can earn peoples respect by doing my job, and doing a consistant job of it.
I got to get with BG and make sure we're on the same page.  I've not done that yet.
I guess I said I wont' allow attack on mods only based on past experience with the forum. I feel some were judged before they had a chance, and people were relentless in their attacks on mods.  Sofar I hope we've done nothing to offend, and if you have a personal beef with a mod, take it to smack, or ICQ, it doesnt' belong here.  That's where I come from. 
I have no beef with any players, and if I wrong you, I have no problems saying sorry once I'm made to realize I made a mistake.  I just ask all of you to let us try to make a difference before you judge us.
 

On a side note, I thought smack had been reopened.  I see it's not, and I'm working to get it done.
