I went to vote on the smack talk forum and this is what I got

What is funny is that I've already voted, and it will now allow me to make a second vote. Looks like it is IP restricted voting and not user restricted voting. I voted from work earlier -- dang I've got 10 IPs around me I can hit on my wireless without getting out of my recliner .....

I heard of Lightbulbs that have IP's (to report to a server that they've blown), wonder how we can elicit their votes. hmmm..
