Here are a few things I'd love to see, mostly for my own personal use.
A guide to making aliens
a twgs script that would randomly place planets throughout the universe
a script that puts alien/rogue figs throughout the universe
I'll add more as I think of them. Carry on.

best thing for rogue figs would be to make a trader, then go gridding, then delete trader.

Yeah, but that's extra work, on top of the other extra work you already have as an op. I'm lookin to minimize that. Its called lazy after working hard on the edits.

You don't have to grid by hand, you know!
They have scripts for that sort of thing...

Those were the days...
I remember when I thought 2400 baud would help keep me alive.

ditto that, but it was my 14.4 modem. Laff
May I add to this list? Great!
I'd love to see an admin script that will allow you to open a game via a macro (h[n^mq) at a given time.
And I like the other ideas brought up also

you know - you don't have to grid - you can just tedit rogue figs - but again that would require - um - a script. i did this for a game recently but it takes a while.

and the 56 V.90 and the today 56 V.92
remember the cool old X2 commercials

Heres my wish list for the game itself
allow me to stop golds from twarping to a class 0 port so when I make a game i can keep them in a specific area without a bunch of fancy footwork.
Allow me to decide where golds set up their homeworlds.
allow me to tedit a gold alien the way I can tedit a player or a regular alien.
Vader, I have some scripts that may help you do some of the things you ask. get a hold of me
