Im guessin '08 the way this is going, I think we need to pick the settings with the votes we have, vote on a edit, narow it to 3-4, vote and set a date and server. I belive Runaway and Big D have both offered to host it. Then get the teams going.

The Whole Point of the Corporation Affiliation “Question” was to find out if people are SOLO or CORPED. This is not a voting matter You’re either you’re solo, or you’re bringing a Corp. Just Answer “I Am A Solo” or “I Am Corped.” Not “I vote for ___.”

Yes, bring people who aren’t from EIS. It’ll be awesome. Just let us know that they’re coming so we have an idea of how many people will be playing. Right now, 14 doesn’t seem to be the actual number of people we will be having, but it would be nice to at least be able to estimate.

If a random Corp Number is picked, I don’t want any griping or asking why or complaining to me. And once it IS picked, it is set.

There will always be those that complain and are never happy. They can either suck it up and play or don't play.

If you say you’re corped and it doesn’t work out by the time we start setting up teams, yes you can change to being solo. No one would ever stop you.

Time limit: Wasn’t actually being voted on in this game but random suggestions asked that we not have one, even though I’m pretty sure we already decided against a time limit this game. So… There is no time limit. Don’t worry your pretty little heads.

And yes, people are making this whole corp/solo thing too complicated. Parrothead’s suggestion was EXACTLY what I was trying to have happen (where if the corp signs up and its too small, adding a solo player to even it out, or if it shows up and its too big, placing a corpie on a different corp IN THE SAME GAME). Will someone explain to me why this is a point of contention?

Actually Killian I think your stressing way to much over all this. Simply state the corp size and lets move on with it. As far as the solo players, it will work out it always does.


I also agree with Stockton: Randomly generated corps was WAY fun and WAY less complicated. If we’re doing this circuit, I think it should be every other game: Random generation, BYOC, Random generation, BYOC. It shakes things up, gives people the chance to work with others, and gives less experienced players the chance to learn.
