Vid had once demonstrated to me that the Death Limit was infact Fixed.That you no longer had to be #ship destroyed# in order to be eliminated.
Fork took on the challenge and has proven that this is indeed NOT fixed...
Sing had also posted on this before but i hadnt the been able to reach Vid to set it up to retest it until now.,..Thanks to Fork for testing it out!!!!

Laff. When we posted about it, we tested it on my test server... that's why I was confident it hadn't been fixed. =)
I do believe tho...

All you guys had to do was ask. I knew it wasn't fixed because I already tested it several months ago. You can have unlimited pods and not be eliminated from the game, but once you go over the death limit in pods, the 1st time you get SD'd, you are out.

Isn't Vid testing the new jumpgate beta version? It may be fixed in that version but not in 1.03

Well that I unable to test. lol
Zentock more or less told me I'm not worthy enough to rate beta testing the latest version. Everyone knows if he says it, it has to be true.

According to Vid, he is no longer running the Jumpgate Beta. They rolled it back to the old version.

Actually I could care less about the jumpgate. The aspect that you could bang games without shutting the servers down was interesting.

I really don't think it was said that it was ever fixed. I think to many people just presumed it. from someone saying it but would need to look back in version updates to know for sure.
