Sorry to anyone who I am in a game with - no ICQ, yahell, or AIM right now. Computer has been down for the last 6 hours and grabbing drivers for it has been a pain. Getting ready to start the Windoze updates now and then get to reset everything.

I may have lost my scripts as one backup was bad - the second backup I have to load more drivers to get to. My third backup is almost 2 years old - I was wanting to rewrite some scripts but this will be insane - might be time for WoW.

Hey slim if your scripts are so uber why did you come back?

Couldn't be that you got your A** kicked could it?
Or you found out you're not the uber player you thought you were?
Or is it because TW albeit an old game is better?

erm ok.
i was the #1 hunter on the server in the #1 guild on the server... but, it took up too much time, so i sold my account for bukku bucks and found i had far too much free time so i came back to twars
and scripts don't make the player, the player makes the player. even with crappy scripts i'm still not a player to be just pushed aside.

i played wow for a year myself. guild with all my friends (ck didas, oz, etc) broke up and everyone seemed to join separate guilds. sold my paladin for ~265 on ebay. (i added up all the money i had spent on the box and subscriptions and set the 'buy it now' option - sold in 2 hours - sigh i bet i coulda got a lot more for it.) ebay has since banned all virtual merchandise, so i'm kinda glad i sold when i did.

i was spending very long hours on wow. it was really hard to keep so many people happy. so after spending ~6-8 hours a night on a game for ~1 year, tw seems like cake.

Well, my system is back together and my final backup had close to the most recent copies of my scripts intact - still about a months work (play) lost. The Netgear network storage system paid for itself (well almost) with this one incident as more was involved than just TWX scripts.

As much as I tell others to always backup their data, I got a little lax and lost a few things. It pays to have more than one backup system, and the need to backup more frequently has been driven home (once again).

Thx go out to those that offered their scripts as a backup if I was unable to recover my scripts - I appreciate it.
