OK, maybe that's a little overstated, but I'm advertising for help.
I need help with two items to continue on my website design project.
I'm looking for a logo design.  I'm not creative or artistic, and I'll be happy to look at any and all ideas you have, and I'll choose one to use, and credit you for the design if you wish.
I'm also looking for a web page design.  Same as above. This is the main login page to my site, and will have pages for a script database, and game edit's database.  Will also link to my forums, and might have my game stats available on front page as well, but thinking of incorping them into the forums.
Think you can outdo any of the current sites out there?  (I like most of them by the way) If you have any helpful ideas or can design, give me a shout.  I'm also looking for free tools available online for designing pages as well.

Having designed probably half the sites in use today... there are a lot of tools out there. The best aren't free, tho.

Well, first that comes to mind, would you be willing to take on another? 
Second, what tools are good then.  I've never done anything like this, so I'm learning as I go.

I use notepad and adobe photoshop (photon shop). But I usually build around a platform, too.
