The forum admins will leave you hanging out to dry while you try to sort out peeps problems and you won't have the power to do anything and the other mods will stand there doing nothing.

When I asked for help from Earth, I got silence
When I asked for the ability to ban peeps for breaking the rules I got silence.
When I asked for help from the other mods, I got silence.

Yea, that looks better, though shouldn't it be the "Uber User" kicks down the "Newbie User", meanwhile Zen, er the "Mod" just sits there then says "pwnt" and the "Admin" should just sort of hover over a piece of toast.
