I have zero interest in playing in a game with more than an 8 hour time limit. R/L stuff - work 8 drive to work(u name it), eat (30 mins min), sleep 8 , blah blah. That's 16 hrs without counting eating or driving to and from work.

I'd prefer 4 hour time limit.


No time limit games, or long times, just go to script kiddies.

If this low turn game idea goes in that direction, count me out.

I have no real issues with any of the game settings mentioned, though I guess I lean against time limits..  4-8 hr limit is ok, anything to keep Kav. happy...

Oh, and Stocky, you might want to check out the cit times for a couple of these planets before you decide you like these edits. The cits go lvl 4 waaaay faster than you would like.

i've been reading the 'zentock sucks' thread and i don't appreciate your behavior in there. sure its a smack talk thread, but i get the feeling you are hard to work with. that being said, i don't know you from adam and maybe you're a really nice person. i would definitely give anyone a fair shake without prejudice if we were on the same corp for the first time. so i sure hope you're presentation in the smack forum is just show, albeit a disturbing show.

then again, this series of games we are shaping up is mainly for seasoned players. again, i don't know you from adam, but i don't sense a great deal of tw experience or maturity about you.

Well first Rev let me address the SMACK talk, you have been around long enough to know that TW has ALWAYS had its share if not more than its share of smack. I am No Res and I am not a Timberwolf. With that being said, Yes I have been around, Longer than you I suspect. I recall the days of Hekate and the Picture link, your a young person there when I was already way past most with enough Pod time than Zyran in the fed ship.
And with that being said, I say to you with the decline I see in TW since my return just maybe.... Just maybe its the prejudice that you have shared with me that others might say why bother. I really could care less if I played in the Game you guys are starting, I played prob More BOTE turnys than anyone here left, I maybe be wrong in that as I dont know everyone with New handles.

The fact is TW needs ALL its personality that it carries with it. It was players that maintained the "CONTROL" that ran off the players... IMO.

I never saw OMOTW in any BOTE Game and I played in BOTE2 through 5. I knew all the BOTE1 players. What alias did you use? I dont use "handles" btw, I use my real life sirname.

Not wanting to sound like a smart butt, But Kav it does not matter who I was in the past. What matters is I am here and now as OMOTW. And being judged for post in a forum that is for "Smack" well good thing Res or Jackel (RIP) is not around.
Simple to say it like this Kav, I have seen you over the years smack talk the best of them, Some gave it right back at ya.....
But what Handle I used in the past and Choosing not to use it means nothing to anyone and should not even be an issue in a RPG. If it mattered than we all need to go get photo ID's and fill out an application to play.
Since that is not required just yet, you just have to be satisfied that I am OMOTW. You can excersise that imagination of yours and fill pages of forums if you choose to. Me..... I am The Old Man Of Trade Wars.

I am sorry Rev i didnt mean to come off as an attack at you, i after as you have seen been dealing with omotw and company in another thread, and knowing i said what you refered to concerning reds took part of what you said as a threat, and i responded with out thiniking or with out considereing the context in what you said.
