IE 7 v IE6

 Anybody else having issues telneting to sites after upgrading to IE7? I used to be able to just type in "telnet://runawayproton.com:23" and a window would pop open. Now after upgrading, it won't.

Everyone will have that issue with IE7, it no longer supports the telnet protocol, I was one of the beta testers for it and let them know I will not use it as I use telnet for the type of games I play and run a game server that is telnetted to. If you want a good browser try the new Firefox, Mozilla, and one I use a lot, that has the best of IE and Firefox, Maxthon. AllI listed have tabbed browsing, and other features that are far superior than the IE7, and all support telnet.

I use Firefox on all but one of my computers anyway. Just caught offguard by the change I guess.

Actually, I think Thrawn was going to ban anyone who was crazy enough to download and run IE7.
