Hello all! First time sysop here, and I have a tiny problem. During gameplay, players are disconnected. This happens seemingly randomly; time, scripting, manual play...it doesnt matter. Just randomly kicked off! In the game log, it says the players exited normally. I would really like to make the game public, but I want all the little problems fixed. Help?

From my experiences it could be a few things. First, check the configuration in the server for Telnet or Rlogin. I set mine to telnet. Second, it could be the famous twmail.dat file in a game is corrupt. Look in the /tw1, tw2, etc dir and locate a file called twmail.dat. If it is excessive in size, delete it. Third, do you allow more than 1 client from same IP? Meaning if the option "Limit to single IP is checked in your configuration, then they can only connect from one IP. Another thing to check is if you are behind a router, do you have it mapping to the correct port, etc? A firewall blocking? These are just a few things off the top of my head on this wet day ;)
