So I made like 3 new ships. They all show up in the editor, but online when you look at the ship catalog, only the first one shows up and the other two are no were to be found (in the catalog at least).

I shut the game server down and then restarted it, but that didn't help.
Then I even rebanged it using the first verse as the base and it was the same result - only the first ship shows in the catalog.

Any ideas?

Make sure they're active. Assuming that, did you check for a second page of ships? Hit + from the catalog. That's easy to miss.

Oh, now that you mention it, I positively remember activating the first one but I don't remember activating the other two, so thats prolly it - thnx man!

Also make sure that the deployment is set to General if you want the players to have access to them.
