Please use this area to submit script requests so that this info can be archived for later searches. Scripts can be either Rexx/Zoc or TWX.
Please note the format type.
And look back often as if i see a request i can fill i will post the script in opensource in this thread as a txt for all to cut and paste.
If anyone needs info on how to convert a c&p to an operable script
please let me know and i will post that also.

Yes please, On converting from C&P to a script, my way seems to be hit or miss.

My question too? Also I take it a script for TWXProxy in *.cts format can't be reverted back to be edited? Like in SWATH where we can edit the *.java script and recompile into the *.class. The reason I ask is a couple of *.cts scripts drop toll figs nad I would have liked to edit that. If it's not possible, that's ok too.
And for the record, I wish to comend the script creators here. You guys have really done the community proud. I really enjoy learning and using the various scripts out there. Keep up the great work.

No, you can't decompile a .cts, it loses a lot of reference data and... at best, would read like decompiled C code (nearly illegible).

C&P = shorthand, (mine anyway) for cut and paste.
Now as to how to do it.
Simply highlight the text you want to save click the right mouse button 1 time, drop down the dialog box till you see "copy" then
click that, minimize the current window open a text editor, notepad, word pad, or my favorite ConTEXT, then click the open new text document with the cursor on the text body right click the mouse again and when the dialog box opens drop to "paste" click it and then save as all files if u have that option entering the correct extension. Or save as txt then depending on the file source you either rename it to a .zrx or .ts extension.
As i said to all if i can supply the requested script i will post it in open source code.
Thus if it was a .cts I would not be able to post it in open source.
So only .ts or .twx or .zrx scripts will be posted sorry that i was not clear enough for some.
Now i can wait for the requests : ) i am sure someone wants something. This btw ( by the way ) is faster then downloading from
any site and the code is open for all to see and modify as needed.
And i am sure more then one of you out there will learn something. : )

How bout a TWX script to fill a bubble with figs? I got one in swath, but it's miserable slow, and not reliable. Also if it drops by the same sector twice, it doubles the figs. Not always good.

Just for helpful persuasion here is the links for ConTEXT and the TWX Highlighter, just place the highlighter file into the ConTEXT highlighter directory after dowload and then change the configuration options within ConTEXT to have TWX be the default language for loaded files, also set ConTEXT to be default program for the .ts file types within Windows. Dont' worry everything is 100% free.

ConTEXT is an excellent editor and the highlighter (thx to Wabbit I believe) makes life a lot easier. I have been using their app for a long time and never had any problems - as Rexx said - it is free.
[Edit] My mistake - Wotok did the highlighter [/Edit]

Rammars path blast works great here if you have a list of all the sectors. Swath provides the best bubble lists to use like this if you have explored them all or have a ztm.
example:
Bubble size...: 226
Bubble depth..: 13
Distance to StarDock..: -
Distance from StarDock: -
Distance to sector 1..: 13
Distance from sector 1: 13
Bubble sectors:
17699 19382 11222 176 4448 10120 16610 8740 2816 3112 11841 17057 840 5522 17190 1621 8746 10297 13365 11288 12321 494 18848 8094 8438 14712 758 10376 16875 17199 8845 1561 2784 3983 15756 998 6978 8953 2324 13855 10306 15684 16651 12808 16287 7208 7772 8751 13804 8076 14842 1433 4958 6490 11139 5159 5572 13778
etc
just take a list like that, put in notepad, replace the spaces with commas and its ready to use

OK, I'll have to find that script, but thank you.
Another I'd like to see it one like CK Unexplored Sector Scout, but doesn't drop toll figs, or allows you to change the type and quantity of figs you wish to drop, or one most important that wont drop them at all. I'd love to just turn it loose, and explore all sectors, without dropping a fig.
