It amuses me that this SPAM is left here, and the spammer retains posting rights.

My posting rights were removed by Kemper3 aka Harley Nuss, a few months ago, because I remarked on his censorship policies. John Pritchett restored them to me, for which I thank him. K3 subsequently resigned from EIS in a hissy fit.

My posts warning about the USO debacle (before the game even banged) were deleted by the moderators as "inappropriate".

I guess I should have prefaced my posts with SPAM, or maybe a Ponzi scam.

I have yet to get one complaint from the owner or the other admins about the job I do here.

I have only gotten one serious complaint from the user community, and that was from you. I understand and sympathize with your side, but I would do it again.

However, I'm about fed up with moderating here myself. But for different reasons than K3.

Lately, I feel like I'm the only mod who enforces the forum rules. I don't even like the rules. But if I was a sysop, I would like a neutral place to post my rebangs. Someplace where the threads wouldn't get bogged down by complaints or whining. There are plenty of other areas that people can post their opinions about various boards.

Bethel's thread on his game A is a prime example. I finally locked it. I asked the powers that be to do something about it. 24 hours later, no 3 day bans, no nothing. So I finally deleted it. (sorry Bethel)

Perhaps K3 was a bit too ban happy. Maybe that's why they don't let me do it. I woulda given out 3 day bans to all the peeps involved in that thread if I could have. I would have told them why, of course. All of them have been around long enough to know the rules.

And it's such a simple rule. No smack in the rebang forum.

But it's pointless if it's not enforced. I don't think I can enforce it, so why bother?

I feel that if it's so important to the owner and the admin to continue to have this rule, then they need to enforce it, or empower the mods.

I'm gonna go away for a while.

Exactly you are correct Traitor and i apologize cause I was involved in that and it got outta hand but frankly I did post multiple times stating just that, this isn't the place for that but being as how I am a hard head and get angrered easily I couldn't not post and I am sorry for that. Thank you for deleting the thread and frankly I wish you would delete all the new bull**** threads that have spawned off that orginal one. But I will not let someone bad mouth a sysop for tediting when in fact he didn't and you know as a server op at one point that you give yourself sysop powers in tedit and all it allows you to do is send messages across fed/ss etc as Feds,ferg,unknown and a bunch of others and that isn't tediting IMHO he is the sysop and has the right on his server to have sysop powers to be able to do that. Tediting in my opinion is giving people stuff or changing game settings which wasn't done at all, so I stood up for bethal and then it just got outta hand from there due to the immaturity of a unnamed person. Bringing up personal life things as usual is common place for that certain person. I do apologize and don't worry about banning me I won't post anywhere but in my poker edits byoc thread if that will make you happy? Again I am sorry

Well Traitor, if it is any consolation, I will be more active as a mod now, now the issues on my nephew that was in alabama foster home is done, I will have more time to review the forums again, and do my job better, and sorry for the lax time, i had too much on my mind at the time. Now things are okay and am ready to make my voice be heard and counted here again.
