Can you come fix my cup holder? It snapped off.
What sucks is when they bump the monitor cord and then call me asking why their pc shut down UGH. Reset email passwords is up there too. VM too. I used to remote reboot the PCs of people who had pissed me off.
Or mess with their video settings so their monitor display was 180 degrees. AND swap their mouse buttons. True EP, but you can't get the high performance that you can if you build your own, unless you want dell's top of the line machines and then your paying twice as much as if you build your own.
