k, I run a script for a couple of hours while relaxing in front of the TV... check the script and it is doing its thing. I leave with the script running - 5 mins after leaving crash.

Come back home, restart script and it runs fine while I am doing general maintenance on my motorcycle - about an hour - go for a ride, script crashes prob 5-10 minutes after leaving....

Seems like there is a law of probability that increases on a script crashing as soon as I go AFK.

Script is running fine again, but I need to make a run to the store to stock up for the weekend... figure it will crash about the time I get to the parking lot......

There is a formula for that.

Systemscript
:check
if ($afk = $5mins)
Disconnect
else
#everything is ok, reset
goto :check
end

Never fails.

You could write a script that would simulate being at keys.

Simply open up a new instance of TWX, point it at your existing TWX, then run the following:

:trigger
send "#"
setDelaytrigger trigger :trigger 60000
pause

Hope that helps [:D]

Instead of sending "#", send the Esc key (#27). The keystroke is registered as activity so it keeps you alive, but seems to be inert in TW.

Granted, that won't help with your problem. The real solution is to determine why the script is crashing and fix it :P
