OK.. I have gotten alot of ICQ's that ppl are playing but I need to confirm. I want to make sure its worth banging the game. can everyone who is bringing a corp post here please?

Also want to add:

Also going to be 6/corp. will adjust the turns to accomodate that if need be. If this is a really huge issue let me know.

Reminder: Game will open Friday 5/17/06 7 Central

My corp: I possibly need two more.. message me if interested.

To me it would seem easier to get more corps to show up if it were only 5 to a corp why change it now? Also 2k turns? seems a bit much.. Just my oppinion

I stated above I had more ppl asked for corps of 6 and for less turns. The game hasn't even started yet so its not like the game is being changed in the middle. It really doesn't mattter to me one way or the other, as long as its worked out before the bang. But the turns will be lowered that is a for sure thing.

Doesn't that cause issues, with so few players available right now? The game ends up with 1 or 2 5-6 Player on a Corp and then several low count Corps competing against the 1 or 2 larger Corps, thus giving them a huge advantage. In times such as this, would it not be best to focus on using a lower players per Corp ratio?

Eh, there's quite a bit more players than you'd think out there.

Yea, the prob is that they are all divvied up on over a dozen different popular TWGS's. I am just thinking that by having smaller Corps there would be more players interested, rather then always having Corps set to 5 or so per Corp, maybe wind it down to about 3-4, it would make a noticeable difference as the ratio to small Corps to large Corps is inherently larger, although smaller Corp would likely be less willing to play against Corps twice their size as they are at a considerable disadvantage right of the jump. I think it would be good to look at the Corp sizing from another angle in an effort to improve the gaming experience for all players rather then a handful of selected players that deem themselves the majority.

Well, I'm getting new tile work done on my house starting Friday. 110 sq feet of slate (though it's more of a dark grey) gonna cover up my old white brick fireplace and also my entry way. Since I'm helping and supplying the beer, I am totally gonna miss the bang.
