The fact you have to give up personal data to register is a pain and will
probably be labeled as "just plain wrong", but I understand why it was so,
and trust Vulcan is not gonna share my info with, ok let's see what else I
have here, someone who wants to better my sex life, refinance my home and
sell me computer software...
BTW, thanks Vulcan and Ender for stepping up and making ANY vote possible.

Yeah I hate it too for the forum to let anyone vote, it makes you have to register, I am still working on that one, when I get thru all the php formatting I will find the script that makes the regging a must and change it so you can vote without it, but I see why it asks for the info, so it can verify who voted and make sure that person dosen't vote more than once. But am working on a way to make the regging not necessary, and will limit the votes to IP addys. But that is a ways away. But thanks for putting up with what the setup asks for, and to let all know the data is safe with me, when the voting is all over I am destroying the data so as to protect all. That is the way I am, I protect all who come to my place either for games or for the forums. What info is given to be here in any way stays here or is destroyed when the time comes, I believe in everyones privacy and try to respect that. When I get the other forum set to not ask for personal data, then I will implement it to the Forge as well.

If you allow the public to post, from the admin, I believe everyone can vote. Of course there's then no way to keep people from voting more than once. You don't actually have to provide any other info than an email address, and no reason why you can't use an alternate one. Limiting voting to IP addy is one way, but doesn't stop dialup nor proxy users.

I think filthy maggot is from ultimate tw, as well as hobermallow, redneck kitten has been in here a bit till Katrina, and haven't heard from her since, and Maggie is right about her being from Kentucky.

Filthy Mogget - Yes.
Redneck Kitten - Yes
Holbermallow - No
For the no I just assume he plays in games I do not.

nod, filthy and a few other people like zues are from ultimate tw.. its basically its own little universe over there and they voted for each other in blocks.. nothing really wrong with that as most voted for who they know.. but they certainly arent at the same skill level as the eis crew...
btw, F miss as best trashtalker.. i deserve that one.. u see me dismantle PR on fed and make them all fight with each other? that is a hall of fame trashtalk right there..

1) sing, I didn't mean to imply that YOU were the one who had hardly played last year
I did mean to imply that if I voted based on what I hear and not what I have seen with my
own eyes, then you surely would not get my votes. <G>
2) I have supported these awards from the time I came on the scene but every year there has been some sort of flaw. Stockton points one out in saying that there are different skill levels and block voting can most certainly affect the results. I once suggested that there be a mvp for the large games where every player in the game has one vote. Some of us are honest enough that we'd vote for someone who played on an opposing corp if they showed themselves to be the best and I think that would be a fair recognition.

Laff. Told ya'll so. Players getting '05 awards for stuff they did in '06.
I sorta think that we should have just skipped '05, called it the year of WoW, and looked ahead to '06.
And I voted for K3 everywhere I could, 'cause he was the best player in '05 as far as I'm concerned.

know I said I would leave you all alone from now on but I have to speak my mind on this.
This was one of the reasons why I dropped the awards this year and didn’t want to do them
lol
I looked at your listing and I can't vote most of the opinions of the people who nominated others are way out there this should be the tw popularity contest for the year 2006 not 2005
lol
sing a better player then kemper3 sorry sing you might be good but kemper powns at TW.
You have the foundation nominated as one of the best corps with PR leading pr fell apart a year ago after J left but yet if the foundation was such a good corp. you would think there would have been more members listed from that corp. in other categories what about traitor, psion (best killer in 2005), coke, demon (named MVP of the draft game).
Misbehavin I love you and all but you learned how to play support from me in the draft game you might be good at now but in 2005 your didn’t even know what support initialed in a tw game.
All the awards are this year is who is most popular when you did your nomations there is nothing correct about them. The new players don’t know who did what last year or who preformed well or not.
I think you should post that somewhere that this is 2006 popularity contest the names listed no way means that the person or corp. really preformed at what they were nominated for.
And with that I will leave you all alone again at least for a few more months. :p

Much as I hated to do so, I also voted for K3 today. Burned me up, drove me to a few early beers to restore my Harmony. Havent suffered so much trauma since I had to vote for Eleq or mebbe Prestone.
