na, haven't even seen cthun, i was in germany for a while and the night i came back we killed huhuran for the first time (i claim 100% credit, hehe) so haven't really even tried the twins yet, should be thursday or sunday. assuming the servers are up by then... ugh.

i don't think you people understand - i'm not here trying to resume a career or challenge any of the current 'elites' - i'm just here to chitchat with old friends. i could care less about your grid. i've had my day in the sun, i'm happy to let others have theirs.

Oh, I've had another drop out. BlackThorn will not be able to play.

I cant play WOW as I am fully engaged in EVE. We have grown over time and my biggest character (of the 4 accounts I have) is now able to pilot everything in the game that is currently being flown with regularity. I have many billions of assets that would be too hard to walk away from. How is the economy on WOW? That is why I love EVE so much. The market is incredible and player driven, which I assume WOW is the same. Of course the absolute biggest thing about it is that all 100k plus subscribers play on the same server. THat makes for interesting politics/smack talk which I love. As for TW, I am washed up and dont have the time nor energy to commit to the game anymore.

i completely understand. the time and effort and committment i've made to my characters in wow is very similar to what you've put into your current assets in eve. to walk away and start new in an economy and environment dominated by players who have been there for a year+ is just not even fun to imagine. i have neither the time nor inclination to play TW either, but I do miss some of the people that didn't make the WoW transition with me.

Yeah I understand that. I paid the $20 transfer fee for alexio to have Loki's old character in EVE with over 10 mill skill points and he never got into it. Unforturnate too because it is so much more strategic than TW. I also miss some of the peeps in TW and cannot imagine how much better it would be with Teamspeak or the like. Perhaps you guys had that, but we never did.
