i just realized how much work i'd have to do to get re-set up in time for this game and i won't have enough time (unless i didn't go back to work when i get home, heh)

Heh. That might be interesting. Everyone play as a solo for a week, then combine assets. CEO's selected by the sysop based on who had the most stuff after 7 days.

The problem is with that Traitor, the players already playing might try to pod eachother. And then draft would put enemies in the game together in a corp just after they did all that work to take on those mofos who they attacked or were attacked by. That's just bad planning. And i no that no one would ever want a 7 day truce at the beginning of hte game anyway. So they might as well just not let anyone play till the end of the 7 days or everyone already drafted at the start.

Oh, there would be no truce. that would be the point. And enemies corping together happens all the time in big games.

Now Traitor that is one hell of an idea, you never know who will be on your team, so its a free for all untill the seventh day... Darn that would ber crazy... Sounds like my type of game...
