Is there a tutorial on Zoc?

Heh.
There already is one Wildstar. Check out my Move Helper script on Grimytrader. It has a status window with a mini-map. It's pretty rough right now, but it's much improved for twx 2.04. go here for a screen shot of the window: http://www.tw-cabal.com/pics/MH_minimap.GIF I think Prometheus also has a status window called promonitor. There aren't too many good tutorials out there for ZOC, but Rev had one on his site somewhere, and you can always look for some old posts of mine that went into detail on how to setup multiple config files.
