Owen How are you going to fix this problem with dupers... I mean did you bann them?? Did you take Any kind of action against them... Truthfully cause of this i won't return to your board.

Did you NOT read my post about the corrective action taken ? The offender has been appropriately dealt with.

Well it has been a long time since i have played on Ultimate tw, the last sysop was a real waste of oxygen. I think with all this drama going on and a Sysop that seams to be interested in fixing things, I will visit the server again to see how things are going.

And as to interesting statements. I find this to be the one that got my attention.

If this is true what in the hell is all the fuss about?
Seams to me both teams have dirty hands, so why try and hide them.
Use some soap and try to play within the rules next time.
Unless thats to hard for you. Then by all means haul Butt and claim foul on the sysops part to hide the fact that you broke rules to.
Either way i will be heading to ultimate tw twgs soon, hope to see you all there.

Much as I hate to admit it, I was on the offending corp... I started out helping a friend, he quit over a corpie of ours breaking the rules of the truce. So I became CEO... I played one more day and quit showing up myself. This happened after I left, and Owen As I was X- CEO of the corp, I would like to know who they were...Icq me.
I'm sorry to all involved, I knew nothing about it, but now it has been brought to my attention, I would like more info.

Centauri was the person using Charlie as a Dupe as Owen told me... If you want Zar I can Cut and paste everything here in the forums which owen said... or i can icq it to you...

Once again Overkill, I will not tolerate mis-characterization of my server. Play here if you wish or not (I hope it's the former, but if it's the latter, so be it. I will spend less time typing). The game was NOT being rebanged. The rebang was part of the penalty and your corp. was declared the winner.

I have clear unequivocal and, I might add, unchallenged proof of rules violations by you and other members of your corp. I have an admission from the offending player on the other corp. I meted out what I felt was appropriate punishment.

We are going down a slippery slope here. First you claim no one is taking action, and then you claim the action is inadequate.

So let me summarize for you. If you don't like the way I handle those who break my rules, then don't play here. If you do decide to play here, then don't break them yourself and then whine FOREVER when someone else does.

#1 I persoanlly did not break any of your Rules...
But Hell if all your going to do is rebang a game for catching a Dupe, heck sign me up we can rebang games all the time... As far as your door comment, I'd want it to hit me... So the mark, reminds me not to come back...
Whining you Darn right I am... You come off As rightous Sysop... "You took care of it".. But to just rebang a game for DUPING.. And to not do anything to the offender Is Crack headed... No I'm not happy with the decision you came up with. He might be long time player on "your" board, or he might be a friend. But to allow that kind of behavior no matter the excuse, is not reprehensible.
#2 No where in my posted did i ever say "nothing is being done".. I asked "what actions were being taken"... Duping is not a Jay walking offense It's the #1 Rule you have on your board... If you acutally Read the post throughly; I said on fed com in the post you would take care of it. So in a way, I was defending you.. Why on earth I did, I have no idea. Guess the respec I have for most sysops I assume you had integrity for "your" board. But I can see otherwise for the other players, whether it be a new player on your board or one that plays there all the time. You side with long time players then what should be right. Banning a person for Duping is a common thing not the death penalty... You don't have to bann them till apocalypse comes... If you want to be fair call it a suspension from the board. I've said my peace.

Wait Zentock I take that back you did say it in here.. My fault for not catching your stupidty earlier. You want to talk about washing hands?? The only thing I know my corp did Wrong was IG a person during the beginning of the game during Truce Time... The Only reason That person used an IG was to get another person that broke the truce to quit laying 50k figs all around to mess up our corps align. Well for Ig'ing a person My corpie was SD'ed...hrmm The Sysop The great OWEN tried to T-Edit into a LIVE game to fix the matter at hand instead of making the ceo's come to arrangment of the losses over the conflict. Well let's see you want to play on a board now that a SYSOP T-Edits into live games??? And does almost nothing to a player that DUPES??? This must have taken some great thought on your part... That Is the only "Rule" I know of my corp broke... And his "RULES??" if that's what you want to call them maybe more guide lines, the way he treats them.. Are posted on his website.

I have never been impressed with how you tried to play anyways. Your thoughts, and smack mean nothing to me as all you have ever done is blame others for your shortcomings and failures and losses.
I mearly exercised my rights to say what caught my eye on these posts the same as others have done, so you can go take an aviated intercourse at the nearest celestial body for all i care.
