c'mon people freaking relax. Why would you agree on edits then try to change them? How many of you have actually play'd them? Those edits rock and would be perfect for this type of game. BTW if you think removing the asteroid will balance the game out you are totally wrong. If I remember right I wanna say that its more a blue game then red.

Ok here is my observation ...

1) Someone needs to step up to the plate and keep the game going smoothly without changing the rules or settings midstream.

2) Teams should consist of players in the existing player pool. If someone quits the game gunslinger thats not a reason to change the rules. Either pick someone that is remaining in the alternate player pool as setup prior to teams being finalized, or play with your current team. Players not signed up for the draft should not be allowed to join now late.

3) Trades imo have been done in most major games i've seen. Since the players exist in the current signed up player pool, and both ceo's agree to the trade, there should really be no reason to argue about this.

4) I'm sick of this arguing so this is my last post, I will show up on friday regardless to see who shows up. If its a bust its a bust...

Just wanted to add, that if slim and gun are both out, we'll have 7 in the player pool. We can lotto it, or hatdraw it. I prefer hatdraw vs lotto. I'd hate to pick someone I really didn't want, LOL.

My $.02. Draft is good, if we can stick with it. It's already been planned, why not? The 10 man byoc would also work, tho, I guess.

Personally, I just want a good game, passionate and intense. Where 10 minutes away from the keys means a world of possibilities and problems. Photons fly from planets mid-warp, ships go boom in the night. Bases raided, raids fail, more people go boom. Too much talk, you know it... don't you just want that feeling of podding your favorite fedcom trash talker? You know you do. Get over here!

i knew what the edits where before the draft, because i asked the proper person for them. if any player of ceo failed to get the data then that is a failure on there part not on the edits.

I should probably stay out of this thread since I stayed out of the game but I won't. Many players might might not like Zentock due to his 'Boss attitude' at times but having gotten reports back from other players that were in that curmudgeon's corps in past games I can can guarantee that many who have gone through his training program have found it worth the experience. Hmmm...now that I got into it seems I have to summarize...ok...Hide and I will find you...Run but you can't hide (for very long)....
