Ok I bet this has happened to someone.
I am just curious and know there is little chance of it happening but I am curious.
Let's say you are in a 20k universe and you have every sector figged but the 11 unfiggable and when you start the game you get a planet.
What happens when a player starts the game?
Do you know where they are because your fig is killed?
Makes you think huh?

From experience:

awhile ago I remember starting off in sector 8 5k universe, mbbs

This was the same version as the ship cap bug in fedspace.... can't remember the number, but yah... it used to be able to happen, lemme know if it's happened to someone recently.

I seem to remember starting under someone else's fig before. When I lifted off of my starter planet, I had to kill their fig.

Ouch, that had the potential to be the quickest exit ever from a game if they had been running a pdrop or attack script.

This is how it is in the current version...I went into an unlim game about 4 days old just to mess around and hit the guy's fig. I only had 20 figs also to start the game and I think I ran out of them before getting to dock. =)
